For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:
- "kitayamachu," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the kitayamachu online gaming platform, operated in compliance with PAGCOR regulations, accessible at kitayamachu.com.
- "Player," "User," "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kitayamachu platform in any capacity.
- "Account" refers to the individual user account registered on the kitayamachu platform, granting access to all gaming and account services.
- "Wager," "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on any game or event offered by kitayamachu.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cash promotional credit, free spins value, or cashback awarded to a Player's account that is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
- "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player or legitimately withdrawn from Bonus Funds upon satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.
- "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by kitayamachu before processing any withdrawal request.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
- "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, account management tools, payment services, and support channels made available through the kitayamachu platform.
By completing the kitayamachu account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance prompt, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that:
- You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
- You are acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
- All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, complete, and current;
- You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk, and that you may lose some or all funds wagered.
These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, any specific rules applicable to individual games, betting markets, bonuses, or promotions offered on the kitayamachu platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotion rules, the specific promotion rules shall prevail for the subject matter of that promotion only.
To be eligible to register and maintain a kitayamachu account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are a lawful resident of the Philippines or otherwise permitted by your local laws to access online gaming platforms;
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
- You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to any court order prohibiting gambling activity;
- You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any person in the foregoing categories, of kitayamachu or any affiliated company;
- You are opening an account for your own personal, recreational use only and not for commercial or business purposes.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the kitayamachu platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
kitayamachu reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your kitayamachu account. You must:
- Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
- Notify kitayamachu support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
- Keep your contact information (email address and mobile number) current and accurate at all times;
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
kitayamachu will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from kitayamachu that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
kitayamachu reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, where circumstances warrant immediate action.
kitayamachu accepts the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). All transactions on the kitayamachu platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
By making a deposit, you confirm that:
- You are the legitimate and authorised owner or account holder of the payment instrument used;
- The funds being deposited are not proceeds of any criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering;
- The deposit is made for the purpose of genuine recreational gaming only.
kitayamachu does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from a payment instrument not registered in your name will be reversed to the source, and any associated account activity may be subject to review. kitayamachu does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits are generally credited to your kitayamachu Real Money Balance immediately for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) or within 1–3 hours for bank transfer methods (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). kitayamachu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
The minimum withdrawal amount from a kitayamachu account is ₱200 (Philippine Peso). Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's verified name that has previously been used to make a deposit, or to an account confirmed to belong to the Player through the KYC process.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, kitayamachu requires all of the following conditions to be satisfied:
- The Player's account KYC verification has been completed and approved;
- The Player's identity documents are current and valid;
- Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance being withdrawn have been fully met;
- There are no outstanding security reviews, fraud investigations, or compliance holds on the account.
kitayamachu targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within ten (10) minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. These are target timeframes only and are not contractual guarantees; delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions are outside kitayamachu's control.
kitayamachu reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal and to refuse or reverse any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
kitayamachu offers various promotional offers including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and are not immediately withdrawable;
- Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion may be converted to Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn;
- Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any other conditions applicable to each bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms accessible in the player's account dashboard;
- Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, payment method, and email address unless otherwise stated;
- kitayamachu reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the promotion;
- Players found to be abusing bonuses through techniques such as hedging, arbitrage, or coordinated play may have bonuses voided and accounts restricted.
All games available on the kitayamachu platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that produce outcomes free from external influence or manipulation. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is publicly disclosed within the game's information panel.
The following rules apply to all gameplay on the kitayamachu platform:
- All wagers must be placed using available Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds;
- Once a game round has commenced, the Player may not cancel the wager;
- In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during an active game round, kitayamachu's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. The decision of kitayamachu's technical systems is final in such circumstances;
- kitayamachu reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, including due to software malfunction, incorrect odds, or pricing errors;
- Players must not use any form of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on the platform;
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
Live dealer game sessions at kitayamachu are subject to the published house rules for each specific table and game variant. The ruling of the live dealer and pit management is final in the event of any dispute during a live session, subject to video review where applicable.
Sports betting markets on the kitayamachu platform are subject to the following conditions in addition to the general gameplay rules above:
- Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance;
- kitayamachu reserves the right to suspend any market, void any bet, or restrict betting on any event where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or event manipulation;
- In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of kitayamachu and may be suspended or cancelled where the outcome of the event has become reasonably determinable before the bet is confirmed;
- Settlement of markets follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport (e.g., PBA for Philippine basketball, relevant boxing commissions for professional boxing);
- kitayamachu is not responsible for any inaccuracies in live data feeds or third-party statistics displayed on the platform.
Sabong (cockfighting) betting markets available on kitayamachu are offered in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing sabong wagering. Players participating in sabong markets confirm that they are aware of the nature of the event and that their participation is voluntary.
kitayamachu provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard at no charge:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the total amount you can deposit within the specified period;
- Session Time Limits: Limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions, after which the session terminates automatically;
- Loss Limits: Caps on total net losses within a specified period;
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions lasting from 24 hours to 30 days during which the Player cannot access gaming services;
- Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the kitayamachu platform for Players who identify themselves as problem gamblers. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
Once a self-exclusion request has been processed, kitayamachu will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that no promotional communications are sent to the excluded Player and that any attempt to re-register is identified and prevented during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kitayamachu platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of account registration or verification;
- Opening or operating multiple accounts, directly or through associates;
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools;
- Colluding with other players in any game or betting market;
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated promotional exploitation;
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law;
- Attempting to charge-back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing kitayamachu staff or other platform users.
kitayamachu reserves the right to withhold and investigate any suspicious account activity and to retain funds pending the conclusion of such investigation where there is reasonable cause to suspect a breach of these Terms.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, game assets, and other materials available on the kitayamachu platform ("Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of kitayamachu or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kitayamachu platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any Content in any form;
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Content;
- Use any Content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of kitayamachu;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
Any unauthorised use of kitayamachu's intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action to the fullest extent permissible under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kitayamachu's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kitayamachu shall not be liable for any:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
- Loss of data or information;
- Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages;
- Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform;
- Losses arising from interruption of service due to technical failures, force majeure, government orders, or events outside kitayamachu's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation, including any liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
kitayamachu collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines ("DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering on the kitayamachu platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the kitayamachu Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used for the following purposes:
- Account creation, management, and identity verification (KYC);
- Processing of financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals;
- Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and PAGCOR regulatory reporting requirements;
- Detection and prevention of fraud, cheating, and prohibited conduct;
- Customer support and resolution of disputes;
- Delivery of account notifications and, with your consent, promotional communications.

kitayamachu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, kitayamachu will provide notice to registered Players via the contact details held on their account (email or in-platform notification) at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the kitayamachu platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a closed account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with Section 6.
The current version of these Terms is always accessible at kitayamachu.com/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and kitayamachu, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting kitayamachu support. kitayamachu will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and respond to all dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players also have the right to submit complaints to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority where the dispute concerns the conduct of gaming operations.
